Work with us

Working with SASY (Specialised Assistance School for Youth) offers a deeply rewarding and purpose-driven experience. As a values-based organisation, SASY is committed to fostering a culture grounded in respect, trust, acceptance, resilience, achievement, and courage.

The school is dedicated to supporting young people who need a different approach to education—those who may be disengaged or facing complex challenges.

Staff at SASY play a vital role in reigniting students’ interest in learning through personalised, student-driven programs that prioritise wellbeing alongside academic achievement.

Current vacancies are advertised on Seek here.

At SASY, we don’t just teach—we spark courage and walk beside young people as they rediscover the joy of learning and the strength within themselves
